🧮 Free Tools

Know your numbers.
Before you need to.

Three free calculators built specifically for home service contractors. Real math from real data — profit margins, startup costs, and weekly job targets. No account, no email, no catch.

Live Now — Free to Use

Three calculators every contractor needs.

Use these in the right order: startup cost first, then margin, then jobs-per-week. Together they tell you whether your business model actually works on paper before you spend a dollar.

How to Use These

Run them in this order.

1
Start with Startup Cost
Before you price anything, you need to know what it costs to launch and operate. The Startup Cost Calculator gives you the full picture — equipment, insurance, licensing, and how much working capital you need before your first job.
2
Run Your Margin on a Typical Job
Once you know your costs, price a typical job and run it through the Profit Margin Calculator. If your margin is below 20%, your pricing needs to go up before you take on more volume. Most new contractors underprice by 20–30%.
3
Check Your Weekly Target
With your price set, plug it into the Jobs Per Week Calculator alongside your income goal. If the number of jobs required is too high for one operator, that tells you to raise your price — not your volume.
